Our return policy is as follows:
All returns are for store credit only or exchange. No cash refund on returns. Customers who return merchandise will receive a store credit via email to redeem on our website. All returns must be made within 10 days of delivery with no sign of wear or washing. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs. We do encourage you to utilize tracking and insurance as we are not responsible for lost items through the postal system. Refunds will not include any original shipping costs. If we receive your item and it is not acceptable, you will be charged a fee to ship it back to you. To exchange an item for a different size, if available, or a different item, there will be another shipping charge.
All sales are final on SALE items.

Our shipments are sent via your choice of shipping method.
All apparel is hand printed on order and will take an average of 7-10 business day to arrive if you choose Standard Shipping.
We will email you a shipping confirmation and tracking number once your item has shipped.
Rodeo Hippie does not guarantee arrival times. We pride ourselves in getting your package to you quickly. Please understand that once in the hands of USPS or another carrier, delays may occur that are beyond our control.
